Primary Broker Services has scooped another Norwich Union senior staff member who will head up its foray into Scotland.
Stephen Marshall received a number of offers from other firms. Previously NU sales and marketing director, he now joins former colleague Tim Rolfe, chief operations officer, PBS Holdings.
With Marshall now on board, PBS is now able to proceed with plans to set up its Scottish base in Glasgow, and potentially in other major cities to serve the region, ahead of schedule. Citing PBS
