Heath Lambert Group announced the appointment of Barry Duffin as operations director, heading up the group's select business unit, and Ian McMullan as director of Heath Lambert financial and professional risks. James Dandridge from HSBC Insurance Brokers has joined as an associate director in professional risks and will work on general PI business, while a number of support staff have also been recruited.
