Cigna has restructured its UK operations into three core divisionswhich replace its mono-line approach to underwriting. The three divisions
are multinational business, middle market commercial and London
market.
The insurer is also looking at how it can consolidate its back office
processing.
The changes are being driven by Cigna's new chief operating officer Jeff
Malkovsky, who joined the UK operation from the company's US parent in the
