The technology problems at premium finance house Finsure are over,
according to managing director Wynn Roberts.

Mr Roberts admitted the NIG subsidiary has lost customers because it
failed to get its new online system up and running. However, he claimed
the system will have completed its first phase by March, allowing brokers
to make enquiries and look at past business and renewals. The system
should reach its second phase by August, allowing brokers to become truly
interactive on new business.
