Insolvent IT company NMT has been acquired by Cox Insurance, which
bought it from liquidator Deloitte & Touche. Eight jobs have been saved,
with the re-employed staff moving from the Stevenage-based company to
Cox's Milton Keynes office. Neil Utley, chief executive of Cox, said NMT's
user-base would still be able to use the system but that Cox was seeking
to integrate its three broker systems, Brokersoft, Brokersure and NMT.
