Broker-only insurer MMA is asking brokers and intermediaries to send in comments about its products and activities.
The insurer has set up a customer feedback programme, in which brokers and intermediaries are encouraged to talk openly. The information is recorded and and reviewed in order to give MMA management guidance on their decision-making. Two groups have been held so far, with more planned for this year.
