Leeds-based Marshall Wooldridge is claiming its recent purchase of the assets of Kay Hardman & Co, also of Leeds, will secure its place among the top-100 UK independent insurance brokers. The claim is based on the premium income of the combined group. Servicing over 1500 commercial clients it is expected to enable provision of a wider range of services and special rates while maintaining personal service.
