The issue of dual pricing is the thorn in the side of the insurance industry, and it is time something was done about this practice over which reputation - along with business - is won and lost.

The hot topic at the moment is the vexed subject of dual pricing,
which, as this magazine has suggested, somewhat mystifying as this process
has surely now become part of everyday life. While this may be true, there
comes a time when enough is enough!
