The issue of dual pricing is the thorn in the side of the insurance industry, and it is time something was done about this practice over which reputation - along with business - is won and lost.
The hot topic at the moment is the vexed subject of dual pricing,which, as this magazine has suggested, somewhat mystifying as this process
