Norwich Union went live with its new logo (above) on 2 October,
following the merger of NU and CGU earlier this year. A spokeswoman at NU
said: "The new brand mark has been designed to build on both brands
involved in the merger. In doing so, the new logo reflects an effective,
dynamic shape, with the upward curve indicating energy and life as we look
towards the future. It takes the blue and green from the current CGU logo
and combines this with an abstract form of the Norwich Union spire."
