Dr Stephen Sklaroff has been appointed as the new deputy director general of the Association of British Insurers and head of public and international affairs. He will replace Tony Baker on February 28.Dr Sklaroff, aged 41, is currently a director in the Department of Trade and Industry's Energy Group, dealing with the nuclear industry.
