Software Solutions Partners has acquired Sectornet - the UK provider of commercial insurance broking systems - for an undisclosed sum, which, a spokesperson said, was a mixture of cash and shares.
Executive chairman of SSP David Rasche commented: "Sectornet will help us to expand more quickly in the commercial broking solutions market where we see a great deal of future opportunity." Sectornet's customers include HSBC Insurance Brokers, Alexander Forbes, Camberford Law and Jardine Lloyd Thompson
