Welsh broker The Antur Group has acquired Old Oak Insurance Brokers,adding 4200 personal and small commercial policies to its books.
Old Oak Insurance Brokers has three offices in Llandelo, Annanford and
Swansea, but Antur plans to transfer its Llandelo business to the
Annanford branch. The Swansea office will be merged with Antur's existing
office in Swansea. Antur has retained the broker's senior members of
staff.
Antur is looking for further acquisition opportunities within a
30-mile-radius of
