Bob Newton is leaving his role as Norwich Union's director of
corporate partnerships, four months after he was appointed.


Mr Newton's resignation means that, in the last month, five CGU senior
managers have decided to leave the newly-merged operation. Director of
international broking business Andrew Welling, claims director Arthur
Singleton, director of broker marketing Neil MacKenzie and operations
director Trevor Smith all declined posts in the merged company.
