Tony Lancaster, chairman and chief executive of the soon-to-be-merged
operations of Lombard and GAN, has given assurances that agencies will not
be culled as a result of the integration.


However, he confirmed that jobs would be lost as a result of the
integration.


While Mr Lancaster was unable to give any details as yet, he said that
natural wastage and a total of 88 vacancies across the two companies
should lessen the impact of redundancies.
