Cendant Business Partners, Cendant Claims Plus and Overdrive Solutions -
will become a subsidiary of Avis Rent A Car.
The deal, which is due to be completed by the end of the month, is likely
to result in rebranding for Cendant Business Partners and Cendant Claims
