Andy Hawkes, the brains behind Independent Insurance'sbusinessrisk.com, has joined 24-7 developer Rarrigini & Rosso Group.
He has joined R&R's executive management team, with responsibility for the
company's core business. This business was set up in 1995 and has nearly
£100m gross premium spread over five products.
Mr Hawkes spent the past year as general manager at St Paul, which he
