Research has shown that 128 of the top-2000 insurance brokers, based on size, have five or more qualities that make them good acquisition targets. Though, considering some estimates claim there will be around 600 acquisitions this year, the news will not come as a shock.
The research, published and conducted by Plimsoll Publishing, tested eight separate criteria to reach this conclusion.
The report revealed a blur of statistics, including, for example - of 2000 brokers researched across the UK -
