The legal process to merge CGU and Norwich Union has been completed,
with the newly-formed CGNU announcing the second level of senior
appointments at its general insurance business Norwich Union
Insurance.


Key broker appointments are: George Berrie and Derek MacKenzie, directors
of regional business in the North and South respectively; Richard Cole,
head of intermediary support; and Tim Rolfe, director of intermediary
underwriting.


Marketing and underwriting appointments include: John Seaton
