Companies must be aware of two new draft regulations, according to
Elizabeth Adams, senior partner, employment department at Beachcroft
Wansbroughs.


She said the government must implement legislation to combat
discrimination on the grounds of sexual orientation, religion or belief by
2 December 2003. It must do so in order to comply with the European Union
directives on race and equal treatment in employment, she warned.
