Equifax has launched a tool to track down 'gone away' customers and prospects. Database Advance helps businesses identify which of their customers have left their last-known address by using the 2004 Edited Electoral Roll, rolling register data and other data sources. Cleansed data can then provide a unique database tailored to a broker's own marketing needs. Data can also be enhanced by matching back information such as transactional and lifestyle data to provide tailored marketing messages.
