The Insurance Ombudsman Bureau is urging its members to respond to the Financial Services Authority/Financial Ombudsman Service consultation paper on Consumer Complaints and the New Single Ombudsman scheme (CP33).The paper covers a range of policy issues relating to the FOS rules, including: scope, eligibility, limits on awards, funding and internal complaints procedures.
