Towergate has acquired Chelmsford-based Sutton Transmar and a member of the Sutton Group. Transmar is a specialist in haulage, removal and storage, freight forwarding and marine cargo risks. Sutton Transmar's business and staff will transfer to Romford. Sutton Transmar will add around £4m of gross written premium to Towergate.
