Rail contractors finding it hard to place their public and employer's liability risks are being targeted by Jardine Lloyd Thompson Risk Solutions.Underwritten by QBE Group, JLT's scheme aims at contractors and sub-contractors involved in rail-related work. JLT is offering cover of up to £5m for PL and £10m for EL for each claim. The policy also covers product risks up to £5m and pollution up to £5m.
