Lloyd's motor syndicate Zenith has axed its sales department of two
executives, and is also planning to reduce its panel of guaranteeing
brokers from seven to three.


The Haywards Heath-based syndicate took the decision to scrap its internal
sales and agency function following a strategic review of how it will
service its 3000-strong agency base once the mandatory guarantee of
premium at Lloyd's is withdrawn this June.
