Royal & SunAlliance has launched Drive, a private motor policy which
includes 24-hour post-accident counselling as one of its key features.


Mike Wallwork, communications manager at Royal & SunAlliance, said: "From
our research we felt there was a real gap in the provision of a 24-hour
telephone counselling service, particularly given the prominence of road
