New commercial property insurance broker Ascent Insurance Brokers has placed more than £15bn worth of property assets.AIB was formed through the merger of Thames Insurance Brokers and the in-house insurance department of Prudential Property Investment Managers.
Its client portfolio includes Prudential Investment Property Holdings, Property Fund Management and Coal Pension Properties. AIB incorporates risk management into insurance programmes and places UK and international property portfolios
