Norwich Union's service levels will not drop when its UK call centres are moved to India, according to Ken Wallace, head of intermediary business at the insurance company.
The Indian call centres will be run by a third party outsourcer, but Wallace insists service levels will not be affected by the move outside NU. He said: "NU is the company's only client and we are happy with the standards of the existing call centres they run for us. We are not sacrificing service for cost."
