£10m broker buy in South-East
Green Campbell Fisk buys fellow Club 110 member
Hastings-based Green Campbell Fisk has expanded in the South of England with the acquisitions of Folkestone-based Stennings and its sister company Sittingbourne-based Blackmore Heath.
Stennings, a predominantly commercial broker, will add around £10m of gross written premium to GCF taking its total to around £28m of GWP. Intriguingly, both brokers are members of the Aviva Club 110, and Green is working with funding provided by Aviva.
