IIB expresses concern over Aviva campaign

The chief executive of the Institute of Insurance Brokers Barbara Bradshaw has criticised Aviva's decision to use the British Insurance Brokers' Association 'Find a broker' search site in conjunction with its upcoming television campaign promoting brokers. She told Professional Broking: "I'm concerned that by not linking their campaign to the IIB's 'find a broker' facility as well, they could alienate our 1000 members. They could have had the IIB's search facility which really works."
