March 2011 handover for Zurich Municipal top role

Zurich today announced that Rob Allison, managing director of Zurich Municipal, has informed Stephen Lewis, chief executive, Zurich’s UK general insurance division that he intends to retire in Spring 2011.

As a result of Mr Allison's retirement after 35 years with Zurich, Anne Torry will become managing director, Zurich Municipal effective from 1 March 2011.

Mrs Torry has worked for Zurich for over 15 years, in a variety of roles across the business including head of organisational development
