When singer Nina Simone wrote the lyrics, “It’s a new dawn, it’s a new day…and I’m feeling good” I very much doubt she ever thought someone in insurance would end up saying that’s how they felt about the personal lines broker market, and yet here we are.

For me, those words pretty much sum up how I’m currently feeling about the year ahead and those of us in the broker market should have a sense of optimism as we look ahead to what might develop in 2022.
