Claims experts urge brokers to be more transparent and interactive with clients

A panel of claims experts at the Managing General Agents’ Association conference 2022 has called on brokers to be more transparent and interactive with clients.

The panel discussion focused on the relationship between insurers, MGAs and claim third party administrators, and a potential widening disconnect between the stakeholders.

Head of claims at GRP Group, Colin Herrington, suggested conversations can become lost in translation along the supply chain.
