Court documents: Gallagher confirms surveillance of Ross but denies wrongdoing
Broker’s legal reply to Ross’ counterclaim accusations.
Arthur J Gallagher has confirmed that it undertook surveillance of David Ross but has denied the allegations made in his counterclaim.
In the defence to the counterclaim document, obtained by Insurance Age from the Queen's Bench Division of The High Court of Justice, Gallagher states that Ross was aware of the likelihood of surveillance being used.
The firm also noted that Ross himself had authorised surveillance of employees for the purpose of ascertaining whether or not they were complying
