When RSA launched its broker roadmap a year ago, wooing community brokers was a big part of the plans. Small, but beautiful, these community-focused brokers, charging modest commissions, offered RSA profits.
Trident Insurance, which is based a stone’s throw from Ilford train station in Essex, is the kind of broker that RSA is keen to win over. RSA offered them a commercial agency in 2022.
