BIBA 2010: THB/Eclipse fleet deal

Lloyd's of London building

Specialist fleet broker THB London Market, part of Lloyd's broking arm Thompson Heath & Bond, has launched a new fleet facility with Lloyd's syndicate Eclipse.

Eclipse was a motor fleet insurer for some 70 years before being absorbed into Summit at Lloyd's in 1997 and has since had a low profile.

The move follows the recent appointments of Craig Readhead as regional development manager and Alan Caunter as schemes underwriter.

Mr Readhead is responsible for broker relationships in the Midlands, northern England, North Wales and Scotland. He brings 17 years' experience, including roles with Misys Countrywide, Rarrigini & Rosso Group and Adding 1.
