RSA buys Oak Underwriting

RSA has confirmed the acquisition of Oak Underwriting for an undisclosed sum.

According to the insurer, the acquisition establishes it as a top three player in the high net worth market. RSA added that it saw the purchase as a major development in its strategy to invest in and grow its mid and high net worth portfolios.
