Jelf buys Libra Insurance Services
Broker plans further deals in North London and the Home Counties.
Jelf has bought Watford-based broker Libra Insurance Services for an undisclosed sum.
Libra was founded by the father of the existing directors, Rex and Shailain Shah, who will remain in their roles and continue to operate out of their existing offices.
According to Jelf, Libra has 18 employees, a turnover of £1.3m and gross written premium of £6.5m.
The latest deal follows Jelf's recent purchases of The Insurance Partnership and Beaumonts Insurance Group in Yorkshire.
