Tasker buys Enni-Scheme
Staff and customers will transfer to Tasker’s office in Kent.
Tasker Insurance Group Limited (TIG) has bought Enni-Scheme Commercial Insurance Service and its hospitality practice The Guesthouse Insurer.
The businesses were founded by husband and wife Stephen and Kim Ennis in 1999 and have 1,300 commercial customers.
The clients will transfer to TIG subsidiary Tasker Insurance Brokers.
Stephen Ennis will be retained as a consultant and all staff will relocate to the Tasker offices in Dartford, Kent.
