Evolution Underwriting has appointed the first member of its new Insurance Professional Trainee intake.
Ian Allard has joined the specialist commercial underwriters in the role of underwriting assistant based in its Maidstone Office.
Commenting on the appointment Paul Upton, CEO of Evolution Underwriting, said: "We have embarked on a strategy of growing our own people to deal with the challenges presented by the UK commercial market.
