John Kitson pops up at Towergate
Ex-Aviva sales and marketing director has made a fleeting return to the industry with Towergate.
Mr Kitson, who was the driving force behind the rebrand of Norwich Union to Aviva in 2009, left the insurer in March the following year saying it was a "personal choice to have a rest, go fishing, write a book, go to Norwich City FC away games and take stock".
He is believed to have worked on a two month project on a consultancy basis analysing Towergate's marketing function and presented his findings to the broker last week in a series of workshops with executives.
