Jelf completes acquisition of Riverside Insurance Brokers
Riverside directors Richard Lloyd and Daniel Vincent will remain with the business.
Jelf Insurance Brokers has bought Kent-based Riverside Insurance Brokers.
The deal will see Riverside - headed by Richard Lloyd and Daniel Vincent - move from its Tonbridge office to Jelf's Gillingham branch.
Riverside will become part of the South East region of Jelf Insurance Brokers.
Lloyd and Vincent will remain with the business and, speaking about the acquisition, Lloyd said: "We see Jelf as offering the best long-term home for our clients.
"We share the same commitment to offering clients
