Jelf buys Cronin & Co
Purchase extends presence in the Midlands.
Jelf has bought Midlands-based broker Cronin & Co Corporate Insurance for an undisclosed sum.
Cronin & Co, which has chartered status, will join the existing Jelf Clarke Roxburgh office in Redditch, to work alongside Jelf teams based in Evesham, Malvern, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Ross on Wye, Stratford upon Avon, Wolverhampton and Worcester.
Jelf said the acquisition is part of its "continuing strategy of selected acquisitions" and would extend the business's presence in the Midlands.
