Integro buys Entertainment Risk Management
Integro says ERM adds to its entertainment sector capabilities.
Integro has announced another UK acquisition with the takeover of Entertainment Risk Management (ERM) without revealing the financial details of the transaction.
The international insurance brokerage and risk management firm detailed that ERM is a London-based managing general agent which primarily serves brokers specialising in the film and television industry.
ERM was launched in 2002 by John Green and Karl Crawford and both men will continue in their leadership roles.
They will report to Neil
