Biba open to support members in SSP saga
Trade body commits to further investigations over business continuity planning.
Steve White, chief executive of the British Insurance Brokers' Association (Biba) has described the ongoing SSP outage as "disturbing".
Users have been affected since last Friday (26 August) with many brokers unable to do any work.
White told Insurance Age that members had been in contact and that the trade body had been serving as a conduit of information through its links to SSP.
"It is a very serious issue for a number of our members and since its serious for them it is very serious for us,"
