Liiba launches campaign for D&I initiatives
The London & International Insurance Brokers’ Association has initiated a fresh campaign to increase awareness of diversity and inclusion initiatives in the London insurance market.
The organisation stated that Belonging@Liiba will bring together a range of initiatives targeting younger people and those from less advantaged backgrounds by providing them with access to the London insurance market and the professional roles it offers.
Initially, the Belonging@Liiba area of Liiba’s website will provide information regarding the body’s own initiatives, which features a new programme from The Prince’s Trust called Get into Insurance aimed at 18–30-year-olds, a Stem Learning
